Wedding Flowers at Kin house, wiltshire – Pastel spring colours

As you know, we absolutely love creating wedding flowers at Kin House in Wilshire it’s always such a pleasure of a venue, and so much fun to bring beautiful florals to life there. As we started set up in the garden room, once again the sun was shining, and I even spotted guests heading out to the pool… always the sign of a perfect spring day.

Bridal bouquet

For the bridal bouquet, we used an abundance of locally sourced flowers, celebrating the very best of the season. Spring stems were fresh, interesting, and in the most beautiful colours including some of the very first Icelandic poppies of the season. Paired with soft, delicate ranunculus, the bouquet had a gentle, romantic edge while still feeling bright, playful, and full of personality.

Bridesmaids’ bouquets

Each of the bridesmaids carried a smaller version of the bridal bouquet, which popped beautifully against their muted pink Odd Muse dresses.

Buttonholes

Ben and his groomsmen wore classic black suits, and the buttonholes created a fun, vibrant contrast. They helped define the bridal party and ensured they stood out effortlessly within an already stunning setting.

Garden Room – Ceremony Arch

Among the climbing philodendrons and the scent of the giant fig tree, we spent all morning creating a stunning broken arch using British-grown greenery in the Garden Room at Kin House, giving it a full yet effortless feel. It was perfectly complemented by pops of the first peonies of the season. Paired with a cluster of meadow arrangements at the front of the aisle, the overall look was truly showstopping.

Table Flowers in kilvert hall

For the wedding breakfast tables in the stylish Kilvert Hall at Kin House, we styled an abundance of bud vases alongside lots of candles in varying shades of pink and nude. This kept the bride’s favourite colour feeling tonal and elegant, rather than overly sweet. We then repurposed the meadow arrangements to the ends of the tables, and moved the broken arch to the end of the room – not something we usually do, but it worked beautifully, especially with the ceiling draping.
