I am so excited to share Jessie and Matt’s recent wedding held at the Guildhall in Bath, followed by a beautiful reception at Greenway Farm. From the moment I received Jessie’s mood board (she’s a food stylist), I was in love. Then, when I got the photos back from Charlie, I was absolutely delighted that they captured the fun and energy of Jessie and Matt, as well as the wonderful, flower-heavy, bright, and bold wedding flowers we created for them.

I myself got officially wed in The Guildhall in Bath, so it holds a special place in my heart. However, as ours was just the official bit with two witnesses, I hadn’t had the chance to experience the grandeur of the rest of the building. When I found the right room, I was so excited to set up the couple’s arrangements.

BRIDAL BOUQUET
For Jessie’s bridal bouquet, we started with a base of my signature colourful hues, accenting the palette with bright reds—something I’m seeing requested more often now—which contrasted beautifully with the fuchsia pinks and bright yellows. The bridal bouquet was a show-stopper on its own, but paired with Jessie’s on-trend short bridal dress, it created an iconic moment. Such a cool bride, and I am so delighted to have created the flowers to accessorise this flawless look.

BRIDESMAIDS
For Jessie’s mismatched bridesmaids, we created smaller versions of Jessie’s statement bouquet. The mix of colourful flowers and dresses worked perfectly together.

BUTTONHOLES
Matt deserved to be brought into this colourful wedding with his own statement buttonhole. Starting with a pop of pink from my favourite spray roses, I paired them with lisianthus and another seasonal favourite of mine, pink sweet peas. These were bound together with a bright orange ribbon, which stood out perfectly against Matt’s classic suit and complementary pink tie.

CEREMONY FLOWERS
Arranged on a series of plinths, I created ultra-modern floral designs. These flower-heavy arrangements were more like works of art, all about placement and space, and took a lot of time and skill. I am so happy with how they turned out and this photograph from Charlie is just *chef’s kiss*. even better, we could repurpose them for the reception.

Finally, I couldn’t leave you without some photos of the other details because the day was so beautifully curated.
