Neon Dreams: Vegas Wedding Inspiration

Neon Dreams: Vegas Wedding Inspiration

With a wedding-themed shoot based on neon wedding signs that could easily outshine the Vegas strip, I knew my Femme Petale wedding florals had to be bright. I chose a bold colour palette and quirky flower choices, which were perfect paired with the venue styling and the brides chic short colourful wedding dress and pink veil. Join me for a look back at this Vegas-inspired shoot at my favourite quirky wedding venue, The Canary Shed. I loved adding special floral touches to this eclectic shoot, perfect for wedding couples who want alternative wedding flowers that burst with colour!

As I arrived at The Canary Shed, the venue was all set with neon lights shining bright and amazing colourful wedding décor and disco balls. The Vegas-style scene was set, and as I added my floral touch, the whole scheme came alive.

For the bridal bouquet, I created a show-stopping riot of colour. Vibrant flowers in shades of yellow, lilac, orange, and pink were the perfect combination of soft and punchy shades to take the colourful palette from an English Country Garden to the Vegas Strip. Capturing the lively spirit of this Vegas-inspired celebration, the bridal bouquet was a perfect piece to complement the bride’s amazing red wedding dress.

The fun continued at the reception. I used a shining gold box stand arrangement to extend the exquisite décor to new heights. Backlit by the impressive neon signs, the tall arrangements floated above the fun-filled banquet tables, catching your eye as soon as you entered the space. These unique displays not only added to the electric atmosphere but also provided guests with a delightful surprise sat under a tropical colourful floral canopy, perfectly complementing the playful vibe of the occasion.

Every detail in this Vegas-themed shoot was carefully curated to enhance the overall experience. Therefore, as the tables had been so beautifully filled with amazing wedding stationary and colourful wedding décor, I added budvases. Each vases with a few chosen bright stems meant that they added the natural textures needed without overpowering the scheme, serving as charming accents that tied the entire look together. I love to add a mixture of arrangements to wedding tables. I think it’s the best way to make the most of your budget and creates visual interest.
