Native to South America, bromeliads are the sun worshipping plant you’ve been looking for to fill that spot on the windowsill! They like to be treated similarly to succulents so keep them in nice direct sun with enough water to keep them going. Soil should be moist but never let her sit in water.
One important note on these plants is that, with all bromeliads, once it’s finished fruiting, the mother plant will start to die off. That’s not the end of your pineapple plant journey though! Just pop the beautiful flower in the centre into in some water and let it root – plant up when it’s ready and you’ll have a brand new bromeliad plant, ready to grow!

Good news! These plants are considered to be non-toxic to pets. I would still advise keeping them out of reach to keep them looking amazing though.

Going Green: All of my packaging is recyclable or reused, plants are wrapped in corrugated cardboard for protection and their pots wrapped in a compostable bag – just pop it in your food waste caddy or compost heap afterwards! If you do spy any sneaky plastic in your order (bubble wrap, air packs etc.) rest assured they’re re-used from orders I’ve received – feel free to keep reusing! All deliveries are carbon offset too, so you can enjoy your plant, guilt free!
As a small business, customer satisfaction is the most important thing to me. As carefully as I pack your order, there is a small chance your items could be damaged during transit.
If soil has been displaced or a few leaves are damaged, give them a trim and your plant should be right as rain in a week or two. If more severe damage has occurred in transit, please email me within 24 hours with photographs and I’ll be happy to support.
In order to process the refund or re-sending of any damaged item, I will need photographs of the photographic evidence of the item(s) claimed for clearly showing damage to external packaging, internal packaging, parcel label on item and damage to the item, within 7 days. Without this information and photographs, I will be unable to process your refund or send out replacement products.
